How to Reserve a Unit
Spots fill quickly—follow these steps to secure your unit:
Form a Group: Groups of 3-4 students must apply together. If you are looking for roommates to group with, please reach out and we can connect you with potential roommates.
Submit Applications: Each student must complete a rental application with valid references (no family, friends, or neighbors).
Application Review: Once all applications are received, management will review.
Lease Signing: If selected, all students must sign the lease with a parent co-signature within one week.
Secure Your Unit: A unit is officially reserved once all leases are signed and deposits are received.
Move-In Details: Unit assignments are made in early August. All units are identical in size and amenities. Utility setup will be handled before move-in. Management will be available on move-in day to answer questions and review unit conditions.
Payment Schedule

Security deposits are collected when the lease is signed.
The yearly payment is broken down into thirds. The first third is collected by February 1, 2025 or at lease signing, whichever is later. The second third is due by August 11, 2025 and the final third is due by December 1, 2025.
Summer
Security deposits are collected when the lease is signed.
The summer payment is broken down into halves. The first half is collected when the lease is signed. The final half is due by June 15, 2025.
